Alison Krauss
The beginning of the public recognition was for bluegrass fiddler Alison Krauss in 1990 when she was 19 years old, she was able to walk away from the Grammy Awards with the trophy for Best Bluegrass Album. This was an incredible feat and not only because Krauss was young but also because I've Got That Old Feeling was the 3rd album in her collection. Too Late To Cry is her debut album. The album was released in Champaign Illinois as she was 16. In the year 14 she signed an agreement to sign a contract with Rounder Records - one of the most prestigious folk music labels. Krauss was always renowned for her incredible musicianship and her accomplishments when she was just a few years old. Her love for bluegrass, one of the most enduring and unappreciated genres of the American traditions, is an unavoidable fact. Krauss, who was once young phenom had become a professional musician as well as a producer.
