Aura Garrido is an Spanish TV and film actress. She's appeared in films as Stockholm as well as in the television series El Ministerio Del Tiempo. Garrido is the daughter of Madrid native born 1989. She is fluent in English because she had an english-speaking friend as a child. When she finished her high school education, she went to the Real Escuela Superior DE Arte Dramatico in Madrid. She studied interpreter for three years, specializing on textual translation. However, she left at the end of 2010 after she secured an acting role in Planes para manana. In this film, her performance was rewarded with a Silver Biznaga and nominations for Goya Awards, including the most promising new actress.
